Bakery Make Instructions

Gourmet Scone Mix - Make Up Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400F
  • Mix entire contents of 10oz Pouch
  • Butter - 8 TBSP (Optional: Grate 8 Tbsp. of frozen butter (using Box Grater)
  • Milk - 1/3 CUP
  • Cut 8 Tbsp. of butter or butter flavored Crisco into the dry mix until the size of peas.
  • Then measure 1/3 cup of milk. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the milk. Stir just until moistened (if dough remains fairly dry add small amounts of milk just until moistened).
  • Drop by large spoonful's (1/3 cup by volume) onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400F for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.

Gourmet Cookie Mix – Make Up Instructions:

  • Mix entire pouch of Cookie Mix (10.86 oz)
  • Butter (unsalted): 1 stick (melted and slightly cooled)
  • Eggs 1 large (beaten)
  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • In large bowl stir cookie mix, butter and egg together just until combined.
  • Measure 1/4 cup of cookie mix and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes, rotating baking sheet front to back at the half-way mark.
  • Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then remove to a rack to cool completely.
  • Makes approx. 6 Cookies per Pouch

 

Gourmet Muffin Mix - Make Up Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Mix 2 eggs, 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) melted butter, and 3/4 cup milk in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add 13.5oz of muffin mix. Stir just until moistened. Fill lightly greased muffin cups (or use paper liners) about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake in oven 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Makes approx.12 Muffins per Pouch
